I HAVE PROBLEMS ACCESSING OR SHOPPING AT JOIDART.COM

First, make sure your computer operating system has the latest updates and patches. If not, you will need to update them.
 
If you have the latest updates but continue to have problems using our website, please let us know by using theService for online purchases – Technical questions form and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
 
To help us solve your problem, please include the following in your message:
• Your operating system (Windows XP, Mac OS 10.0, etc.).
• Your Internet browser (Internet Explorer 7, Netscape 07/02, Firefox...).
• The URL you have tried to access unsuccessfully (e.g. http://www.google.com).
• The time the problem occurred.
• Include any error messages appearing on screen.
 
I'M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY SHOPPING CART
If items disappear from your cart, this could be for one of two reasons:
- You clicked on ‘Back’ in your browser instead of on ‘Continue shopping’ from the shopping cart page. Make sure you click on the right button.
- The cookies on your PC are causing problems. Try clearing them by going to 'Tools' in your browser, selecting ‘Internet options’ and selecting 'Delete cookies' and click on OK. Once you've done this, you should be able shop without problems.
 
MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED
If a payment is declined, this could be for various reasons:
- Your credit card details (expiry date, card number, etc.) are incorrect. Make sure you have entered them correctly.
- Your card is not the type selected. Make sure you mark the correct option.
- The billing address you provided is not the same as that registered for the card.
- If the above information is correct and the problem persists, try using another card or select an alternative method of payment.

I WANT TO ORDER AN ITEM, BUT IT'S OUT OF STOCK 
Some of the more popular products in our online store may be snapped up quickly! When you see an item you like, place your order as soon as possible to avoid being disappointed. However, we restock our best-selling items quickly and it is likely that it is available again the next time you visit our store.
 
You can use the Service for online purchases – Product form to tell us which product you are interested in and we will let you know when it's back in stock.
