How can you make a return?

If you wish to exchange or return an item, you will have 30 days to let us know. 

Currently, it is not possible to exchange or replace an item with a new or different item in a single transaction. To make an exchange, you will first need to return the unwanted jewelry, and then you will need to place the order again, at your own expense. 

You will have to manage any returns through “My account”, selecting the item to be returned. You will then need to send the jewelry to our Returns Service Center. The address is as follows:

Please note that the pieces must be sent, at the customer's expense, within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt. They must be sent protected, in their original or other packaging, enclosing the invoice received by e-mail at the time of placing the order.

Once we have received the return, we will proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount. This may take up to 15 days after receipt of the package. 

If the item has been a gift, it is the buyer who will receive the refund.
